Rev. Steward is known for his unique word expositions and apostolic leadership! Born in the west of Africa (Ghana).
In his early days in ministry, after an intense spiritual encounter, he was commissioned with the distinctive instruction to “FILL MY HOUSE WITH MY PEOPLE!
Rev. Steward has a stern passion for the revival of Believers across the globe. His desire is to see many come to the salvation knowledge of Christ!
He’s a missionary, author, philanthropist and life coach. Rev. Steward is married to Michelle Owusu and they are blessed with 2 children.
Michelle D. Owusu
Michelle Owusu has more than 20 years of experience in retail banking, customer service and relationship management. She has held key positions at several banking and retail establishments.
Michelle is married to Rev. Steward Owusu, Founder and Senior Pastor of Believer’s Tabernacle International Ministries, in Columbia MD. She partners with him to do God’s work. She is the mother of 2 a girl Janai and boy Jeshurun. She is also the founder of God’s Regnant, an International Women’s Ministry. Michelle loves God’s people and has a genuine desire to see them blessed, prosper, and living their best lives.
Kathy Bruce - Finance Administrator
Bruce is a Ministry Leader at Believers Tabernacle International Ministry (BTM). She was born in a Christian home and spent the majority of her adult life serving the Lord. She has served 25 years of service in Evangelism and Outreach ministries which included prison ministry, street ministry, nursing home ministry and helping many individuals from a lifestyle of hardship and brokenness. Her passion for lost souls has led her to pursue further education to support the call of God on her life.
In 2016, Mrs. Bruce was directed by the Holy Spirit to atend Lancaster Bible College in Greenbelt, Md where she atended and graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies.
Mrs. Bruce now serves faithfully as Baptismal class teacher & Finance Administrator.
Ms Tonya Cook - Leader of Compassion and Connection Ministry
Ms. Tonya Cook serves as leader of Compassion and Connect Ministry. This ministry strives to make a positive impact in the lives of our congregation and community. She is a detailed oriented leader filled with love for God and His people.
