We Are
Raising women who demonstrate faith in the midst of adversity and use these opportunities to tell of their crucified and risen lord(remnant of those who remain faithful to God despite circumstances. It’s not relying on Christian heritage, participation in church or a past experience to qualify you…..the key to being part of the remnant is faith in the mighty God.

Creating a body of women who live in complete submission to Christ: use their spiritual gifts to serve others(Romans 12:3-8) and demonstrate genuine love for one another (12:9-21)

Our Leadership
Michelle D. Owusu
Michelle Owusu has more than 20 years of experience in retail banking, customer service and relationship management. She has held key positions at several banking and retail establishments, including Barclays Bank, Bridgetown, Barbados as well as W.H. Smith, London, England. Michelle currently serves as VP at Sandy Spring Bank MD. She works diligently to meet and exceed client expectations, mentor and develop her staff, and position Sandy Spring Bank as the leading financial institution in the community. Michelle is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie – Effective Communication & Human Resources Course as well as a certified FOCUS Coach Graduate. She is a firm believer in giving back and makes time to do so in her professional and personal life. She leads the community involvement for her region, including financial literacy outreach activities, as well volunteer activities with her staff. Michelle was a mentor with Big Brother Big Sister for several years.
Michelle is married to Rev. Steward Owusu, Founder and Senior Pastor of Believer’s Tabernacle International Ministries, in Columbia MD. She partners with him to do God’s work. She is the mother of 2 a girl Janai and boy Jeshurun. She is also the founder of God’s Regnant an international women’s ministry. Michelle loves God’s people and has a genuine desire to see them blessed, prosper, and living their best lives. Especially women and our young girls!
