Believer’s Tabernacle International Ministries began as Flame of Change Prayer Line and was established in 2014 after the Founder and Senior Pastor Rev. Steward Owusu Antwi migrated to the USA. With only 3 people and a conference line, the church was born. Through faithful perseverance, God graciously multiplied the ministry to 30 members within 2 months. After 3 years, with a strong international following Rev. Steward at the request of the members started a fellowship, meeting every Saturday morning for what we called “Believer’s Prayer Breakfast.”

In the 3 years to follow the fellowship met at a church in Ellicott City, Maryland. The fellowship thrived and quickly grew to 70 members until the COVID-19 pandemic caused a shutdown. We continued to meet via phone for prayer meetings three times per week. In January 2021, Rev. Steward decided to seek God’s face as to the next steps for the ministry.

Through prayers and direction from the Lord, he was instructed to “build My church.” In April 2021, Believer’s Tabernacle International Ministry moved to 5405 Twin Knolls Rd., Suite #3, Columbia, Maryland 21045, where we now host 3 services a week.
